My first time giving it a go with Rose Gold and it was a total blast! These two rings, made for a newly married couple, feature the one and only Linville Gorge located in North Carolina.
Hers was exciting to create because my metal distributer (Rio Grande) doesn’t sell rose gold tubing. Tubing is how I normally hold round faceted stones in place. I got to make my own tubing by rolling and forming 22 gauge metal. After a few attempts, it was good to go. Then many hours later, I finally set the peridot into the ring. Would you look at that color contrast of the rose gold and peridot? Mhm!
His features a sterling silver mountainscape with an oxidized night sky and a 14K Rose Gold feature on the top of the band.
Cheers to love!
